After registration approval, log in and go to 'My Page', then 'Attendance Program' to change the information of the program you wish to participate in.

How can I change my member information?

After registration approval, log in and go to 'My Page', then 'Personal Information' to change your name, email, mobile phone number, and other information.

Yes, all delegates are kindly requested to complete the website registration process, regardless of whether they have sent the RSVP form.

Is simultaneous interpretation service provided?

All sessions of the 10th Global Conference of the Alliance for Healthy Cities will have simultaneous interpretation services available in both Korean and English.

Is it possible to take photos, videos, or make audio recordings during the sessions?

Simple photography is allowed as long as it does not cause disturbance to others, but video and audio recording are strictly prohibited.

I would like to participate in the Global Youth Health Forum as a presenter. What should I do?

- The Global Youth Health Forum is accepting applications from domestic and international university and graduate students. Please submit your application form, and after a document screening process, a total of three teams will be selected to present in the finals. For detailed information, please refer to the “Guide to Global Youth Health Forum” in the ‘Notice’ menu on the homepage.

How do I enter the venue?

- You can enter the venue by printing your ID card at the registration desk located at the entrance of the DDP Art Hall.

Is there a place to store belongings/clothes at the venue?

There are no storage lockers operated by the conference itself, but you can use the paid storage lockers available inside DDP (Art Hall, near subway exit 1, Design Lab on the 1st floor).

How can I park if I visit the venue by car?

Please use the DDP parking lot. The parking fee is 4,800 KRW per hour (400 KRW per 5 minutes) with a daily maximum of 50,000 KRW.
Note that there are no additional discounts or parking fee support provided by the conference.

Is it possible to rent a wheelchair?

DDP provides one electric wheelchair and ten regular wheelchairs for people with disabilities. They can be rented for free with ID deposit, from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM (return by 6:00 PM).
The rental station is located at the Information Center, and the contact number is 02-2153-0000.
